Though they never made the commercial splash into megastardom with their major label debut, The Webb Brothers presented a perfect album in those heady days of nu-metal and boy bands. They did so by melding time-honored songwriting chops inherited from their legendary father with modern sensibilities, kind of Glen Campbell meets The Flaming Lips. Their independent releases continue to shine, and they are currently working with their father, of all people.
